Common Questions
Q: Does Simple Gantt work with Jira Server or Data Center?
A: No. Simple Gantt is built on Atlassian Forge and only works with Jira Cloud.
Q: How much does Simple Gantt cost?
A: You can get started free. We may introduce optional paid tiers in the future, but we'll always offer a way to get started at no cost.
Q: Where is my data stored?
A: All data is stored within Atlassian's infrastructure using Forge Storage. Nothing is sent to external servers.
Q: Can I export my Gantt chart?
A: Yes. Export to CSV/Excel with customizable columns and date formats. You can also share a URL that preserves your exact view.
Q: Does it support dependencies?
A: Yes — all four types: Finish-to-Start, Start-to-Start, Finish-to-Finish, and Start-to-Finish.
