Service
Simple Gantt is a Jira Cloud application available through the Atlassian Marketplace. By installing Simple Gantt, you agree to these terms and to Atlassian's Marketplace Terms of Use.
License
Simple Gantt is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future. If pricing is introduced, existing users will receive advance notice and a transition period.
Use
You may use Simple Gantt for any lawful purpose within your Jira Cloud instance. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the application.
Data
Simple Gantt stores project configuration data (Gantt projects, phases, baselines, settings) using Atlassian Forge Storage. This data belongs to your Atlassian organization. If you uninstall Simple Gantt, Forge Storage data associated with the app will be deleted per Atlassian's data retention policies.
Liability
Simple Gantt is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the application. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Simple Gantt after changes constitutes acceptance.
